Every agent I run reaches the outside world through MCP tools, so the tool estate is where my architecture meets real work. The estate is 517 tools on three servers: 163 I built from scratch, and 354 I rebuilt, one contract per operation, from the APIs of a payments provider, an email/CRM provider and a social-publishing provider. Every call carries an identity, every provider credential stays on the server, and agents never see a key: Agents with real tools and no keys.
